Sustainable Supply Chain
Our shared responsibility
As a leading manufacturing company, Kärcher takes active responsibility for the environment, social issues and the quality of our products along the entire supply chain. In partnership with our suppliers, we strive for conscious and transparent value creation right from the start. We attach particular importance to sustainable production and strict compliance with material and product-specific environmental regulations, such as RoHS and REACH, which are becoming increasingly important globally.
Violations of these regulations could not only lead to conflicts with customers and authorities, but also have significant financial consequences for the actors involved in the supply chain. Kärcher strives to share this responsibility with our suppliers and to actively involve them in our comprehensive sustainable measures. Discover more details about our sustainable supply chain strategy on this page.
The following documents form the cornerstone of the collaboration between Kärcher and its suppliers and are binding for them. This includes the code of conduct, purchasing conditions, data protection declaration and regulations regarding the ingredients of the products supplied, including RoHS and REACH.
Whistleblowing at Kärcher
Responsible and lawful conduct is a top priority for Kärcher. Our employees, business partners and third parties are able to report potential breaches at any time, making it easier for us to detect them. We check all incoming information, systematically and confidentially. If a breach occurs, this must be processed as quickly as possible and appropriate measures must be implemented – for this breach especially, but also to prevent any further breaches.
