A whole shift powered by electricity: with its long range, the new MC 250 e!ectric not only eliminates dirt, it also eliminates any doubt about electric vehicles.
High-torque electric drive motor and efficient electric motors for the hydraulics and fan, 78 kWh high-performance battery, efficiency-optimised overall system. The specifications of the MC 250 e!ectric are impressive on paper – and even more impressive on the road. The quiet-running, zero-emissions machine takes long work days in its stride, delivering up to ten hours of unwaveringly high performance. With a top speed of 60 km/h, it soon gets to where it’s needed. And once the working day is done, it is soon ready for another shift thanks to its 22 kW charging capacity.
Fast charging
The on-board charger supports charging capacities of up to 22 kW and can be connected to wall boxes and charging columns using standard type 2 plugs. This means the vehicle can be fully charged in around 4 hours.

No more disturbed sleep: the MC 250 e!ectric cleans roads so quietly that it can even be used to sweep at night or in the early mornings, as well as near noise-sensitive areas such as schools or hospitals.
Gets you further: recuperation
The MC 250 e!ectric can reclaim some of the energy used for driving by means of recuperation. This significantly extends the range, especially through anticipatory driving. The degree of recuperation can be adjusted to several levels.

A volume of 2.5 cubic metres: the stainless steel waste container of the MC 250 e!ectric means it can keep going for longer before unloading, thereby increasing capacity utilisation. And all this from a machine width of just 1.30 metres and a height of less than 2 metres – quite an accomplishment!
Ultra simple: emptying
The emptying height of 1,600 mm allows you to quickly and easily empty the waste container directly into standard containers, trailers and flatbed trucks. With the MC 250 e!ectric, employees can focus on teamwork in the city centre rather than driving back and forth to the municipal maintenance depot.
Space for tanks and spreaders
Practical and thoughtfully designed: the waste container can be set down using support arms. This means that other implements can be fitted as required, such as a water tank for washing tasks or a spreader for winter services.

2-brush system
The sliding 2-brush system has individual brush control for independent control of the brush arms. The unique parallelogram guide ensures the ideal alignment of the sweeping surface at all times – for perfect cleaning results.

3-brush system
The 3-brush system enables flexible working with its sweeping width of up to 2,710 mm – that means, for example, that you can clean the full width of a cycle path in a single pass. Its strengths include a system optimised for city centres, in particular when sweeping niches and when working at different levels. By fitting a weed brush on the third brush arm, the roadside can be effectively cleared of weeds.

The MC 250 e!ectric has a water circulation system with a separate dirty water tank as standard. Longer work cycles are made possible by the greatly reduced consumption of fresh water. And with fewer journeys to empty and fill tanks, you save even more time.

It even picks up glass bottles with ease: even the coarsest dirt is no problem for a suction system developed with the aid of sophisticated CFD flow simulations. Not to mention the fine dust and sand it picks up too. You can count on the very best cleaning results, as well as low energy consumption and noise levels.
