1. How to Enter:
To stand a chance to win in the “Stand a Chance to Win 1 of 10 Window Vacs” competition, participants must supply all required information and valid proof of purchase, and upload it to https://www.kaercher.com/za/stand-a-chance-to-win-1-of-10-window-vacs.html.
One entry is valid for one proof of purchase.
To qualify, participants must spend R3 000 or more in a single transaction on Kärcher Home & Garden products only during Kärcher’s Black Week promotion period at one of the following participating outlets:

  • Kärcher Center East Rand
  • Kärcher Center Cape Town
  • Kärcher Center Nelspruit
  • Kärcher Center Durban
  • Kärcher South Africa official online shop: www.karcher.co.za or www.karcher.com/za

Each valid entry will automatically be entered into the random draw for a chance to win one of ten (10) Kärcher WV 5 Window Vacuum Cleaners (Anniversary Limited Edition).

2. Conditions of Participation:

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Participants must reside in South Africa.
  • Only purchases of Kärcher Home & Garden products qualify for entry. Purchases from the Professional product range do not qualify.
  • Employees of Kärcher South Africa (Pty) Ltd, Alfred Kärcher GmbH & Co. KG, and their advertising agencies, suppliers, or immediate family members are excluded from participation.
  • The competition begins on 14 November 2025 and ends on 02 December 2025.
  • By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and consent to being contacted by Kärcher for competition and marketing purposes.
  • Kärcher reserves the right to disqualify participants without providing a reason and to exclude them from participating in the “Stand a Chance to Win 1 of 10 Window Vacs” competition.
  • In particular, participants who violate these Terms and Conditions, interfere with the competition process, or attempt to manipulate the competition through technical or other unfair means may be excluded.

3. Competition Details:

  • Winners will be determined via a random name generator from all valid entries received.
  • Winners will be notified via email or telephone once their name is drawn.
  • Winners will have 48 hours to respond to the notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Kärcher reserves the right to select a new winner or to withhold the prize.
  • One prize per valid entry. Prizes are not transferable, not negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • Any applicable taxes, fees, or charges related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  • In the event of a breach of these conditions, Kärcher reserves the right to withdraw or recall the prize.
  • Kärcher reserves the right to publish the names of the winners on the Kärcher South Africa website and Kärcher Social Media platforms, and the winners consent to the publication of their names for this purpose.

Prizes:
Each winner will receive one (1) Kärcher WV 5 Window Vacuum Cleaner (Anniversary Limited Edition).

4. Warranty Exclusion:
Kärcher points out that the availability and functionality of the competition website cannot be guaranteed.
The “Stand a Chance to Win 1 of 10 Window Vacs” competition may be ended or removed prematurely due to external circumstances or constraints, such as:

  • Technical issues (e.g. computer viruses, system errors, data manipulation, or power outages), or
  • Legal reasons that prevent the continuation of the competition.

In such cases, participants will have no claim against Kärcher for the early termination, suspension, or alteration of the competition.

5. Indemnity:
All entrants and winners indemnify Kärcher (Pty) Ltd, its advertising agencies, advisors, suppliers, affiliates, and nominated agents against any and all claims, losses, damages, or liabilities (whether direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from or connected to their participation in this competition.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from willful misconduct, negligence, or omission by the participant.

  • Kärcher treats all collected information as confidential in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
  • Kärcher’s Privacy Policy outlines how your information is collected, stored, and used during your interactions with Kärcher.

Kärcher is committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information responsibly.
By participating in this competition, entrants agree that these Terms, together with Kärcher’s Privacy Policy, govern their participation.

Participants may withdraw from the competition and request the deletion of their personal data at any time by emailing: marketing.za@karcher.com with the subject line “Stand a Chance to Win 1 of 10 Window Vacs”. However, once withdrawn, the participant’s entry will no longer be eligible for the competition.

7. Right to Amend this Policy:
Kärcher (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any such amendments will be published on the Kärcher South Africa website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
